Bangkok to Phnom Penh

What's the best & most direct way to get by bus (or bus & minibus) from Bangkok to Phnom Penh? This would be in early January. Thanks.

Bangkok- Koh Kong- Phnom Penh is probably shorter than Bangkok- Poipet- Phnom Penh. Fastest, and pretty cheap, is flying Air Asia.

Yes just fly, bussing it will take forever. You should be able to get a flight for a little over 2,000 baht including taxes.
