Baja Kayak trip -- recommend outfitters?

My husband and I are looking to take a 7-day sea kayak trip in Baja and we've just started doing our research. We'd like to go with an all-inclusive outfitter who will take care of all the details-- transport, food, lodging (or camping) sites, and some guided paddling instruction within a small or medium group. We're not hard-core paddlers, but we're not slouches either. :-) A medium-intensity challenge would be best.

Can anyone recommend a professional, high-end outfitter that meets the above criteria? I'd be interested in hearing about your experiences.

A few years back, we went out with Baja Outdoor Activities in La Paz.
We were impressed with their services, their staff and their equipment.

There was another outfitter along the La Paz malecon who were also well spoken of, but I can't recall their name.

This outfit has been doing baja for years, although I have not used their services many people I have talked to said they were great...suerte
