Baclayon to Balicasag

Hi there,

I am a solo lady traveler and am planning a trip to the Philippines this April. I have two days in Bohol. I plan to do Bohol interior on Day 1 and I would like to do Pamilacan (for dolphins and whales) and Balicasag (for sea turtles) on Day 2. Are there any tours/boats going to both Balicasag and Pamilacan from Baclayon? Also, any tips for seeing the dolphins/whales/sea turtles...as in what time of the day is best for the sightings?
