Ayurveda in Sri Lanka

I'm planning a solo trip to Sri Lanka in October, and am hoping to spend 2-3 weeks in an Ayurvedic Resort doing Panchakarma. I've found a few places around Bentota that look promising, but I'm struggling to find any reviews. Has anyone heard of anywhere good, or have any reviews on places they have been to?

Any info would be appreciated.
