Atacama bus tours

Hi

I´m looking for tours of the Atacama dessert from Santiago leaving in the next couple of days or at least somewhere north of Santiago. Not having much luck at the moment as the pachamama by bus trip is full and I can´t find any others that are actually running! I´m really keen on doing a tour rather than a bus as I´m travelling alone and have been ill, so still feeling a little delicate.

I´d really appreciate any suggestions!
