Hi,

If I arrive at Manchester Airport at 11 p.m. (and go through immigration), how will I be able to get to the centre of Manchester, say, Portland St.? If I were to take a black cab (which I doubt I can afford), how much is the fare likely to be? I've read the information on fares, but haven't been able to figure out the cost.

If I wanted to get to Manchester by flying into another airport, what are my options? Liverpool and National Express to Manchester?

The answer is on Manchester airport's own website - use the 24 hour bus service.
