Any suggestions on Columbia greatly appreciated

Interest forums / Kids To Go

Hi! We are a family of five exploring the world until we regain our sanity. We always arrive to the next country and sort of figure it out. And always, right before, we do, I get nervous.

For the record, it has always worked out, but I thought to me-self, "Self, if you can get help from others, why do it the adventurous and HARD way?" So, any contacts for a family of five? We would like to see a few things (as budget as you can go) but really enjoy settling down for about 2 months at a time in a small community, living with the locals and volunteering. And, we are clueless how to do that in Columbia.

So, if you have an aunt, a neighbor's aunt, or a neighbor's aunt's dead ex-husband's cousin third time removed who knows of any organizations who seek free volunteers, free or really cheap housing, or anything else.... let us know.

Thank you. We leave on Oct 23. And if you don't get any answers, we'll wing it like we always do, and it will be great.

While we're at it, we'll be slowly meandering down South America, so, if you have contacts anywhere along the way, drop us a line!
