I am a cycle tourist and often cycle round CM when I am there. If the tour isn't available, or after you have done it, it is dead easy to sort something out yourself. Get a map, get a guidebook and plan a route. Half the fun of cycling in the city is just following your nose. Also by doing it on your own you can stop where, when and for how long you want.

Bike hire is widely available at guest houses, etc.
