Accommadation close to Stuttgart

Hi, I would like to attend the Cannistor fest in Stuttgart in September, most of the reasonably priced hotels in Stuttgart are sold out. Can anybody reccommend a town close to Stuttgart that I can stay, I have tried Ludwigsburg and Esslingen, having the same problem. Thank you

Accommodations in and around Stuttgart can be found at the tourist information office website- http://www.stuttgart-tourist.de . I'm sure that there is probably accommodation within Stuttgart itself. With the exception of only a very few hotels near the Cannstatter Volksfest ( http://www.cannstatter-volksfest.de ) do hotels raise their prices significantly. I always recommend the central City Hotel.
