A room in Dubrovnik with car parking

Hi,
I will be arriving in Dubrovnik by car for 3 days in October. I am looking for a room (Sobe) in Dubrovnik that also has available parking at the room. It must be out of old town as cars are not allowed in old town. But, I'd like it to be a close walk to old town Anyone out there have any suggestions/recommendations? Thanks!

If you go down to the port, along the front by the road where all the small boats are, there are plenty of private B&B's and small hotels (mostly very nice) that have both on-site and very close-by free parking. I have been to Dubrovnik on several occasions and never had any problems finding both accommodation and parking, even in the very high season (mid-August) in a very short time.
