6 months in South East Asia

Evening all,

I've recently extended my trip around South East Asia from 4 months to 6 months to take in the Cricket in Sri Lanka at the end of March. The original plan was Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar (the order seems to change every time I think about).

Now as i have an extra 5 weeks roughly taking into account the 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, do I think about visting a couple of other countries during this time or do I take longer and go at a more leisurely pace and thoroughly cover the original plan?

You could add Indonesia to the mix.

Indonesia had come into my bonce or the Phillipines. But then there is the possibility of making my way round to Sri Lanka through India.
