6 Day Trip- Will this work?

Im head to Sri Lanka for the first time. After flights, I'll have 6 days in the country and was hoping to get to certain sights and attractions. Would this Itinerary be feasible??

Day 1- Flight lands at 1:35am--Head immediately to Cultural Triangle.
Day 2- Cultural Triangle
Day 3- Head out early to Kandy
Day 4-Kandy
Day 5-Head out early to Galle
Day 6-Galle all day and then head to the airport for a 3am flight the next day.

Im open to other suggestions but some info I'd like to do:
-See elephants (walk with them if possible)
-Hike and see some incredible and unique nature
-Stilt fisherman
-Surf or at least be in a good vibe beach town

Wow, awesome feedback. I really appreciate it. How would you suggest getting from place to place? Hire a driver? Is there any part of that trip where we can take a train? Would love to get to experience that.

Being that my flight lands at 1:30am, is it safe to travel alone in a cab during that time?

Turns out I may be doing this trip solo... Would anyone be able to shed light on the rate for a cab? Or how much a cab might be from Colombo to the Cultural Circle?

I want to make sure its not now too expensive for a solo trip.
