2.5 weeks in the philippines with 13 yo boy

hi there,

i"ve been travel to the Philippines a decade before & i want to share my experience with my child. last time i ve been in Luzon & Buracay & i have several question.

1. when to go?. its depend with the kid school holidays meaning late April / July august(2.5 weeks) / or December but in this case it will be a short period 2 weeks or less.
2. although Luzon is fascinating (Bannaue, Batad ,Sagada, 100 islands Pagsanhan, p)we have limited time & to cover all that & travel to other places , will be difficult.

I thought about Mayon volcano, taal volcano ,whale shark, palawan, but open to any suggestion with focus on 13 y/o boy attraction with considering the weather in the above months.( i know that july/august its a tricky months& adviced to avoid but...)

My boy is 11 and his favourite place is Bohol. Lots to do and see there besides the beach. It's also a short trip to Cebu where you can go swim with the whale sharks in Oslob.

We have been there Christmas time and school holidays in July.
It's a tough question because you can be lucky or unlucky with the weather in Summer.
less than two weeks is very short. I'd take a gamble and go June July.
