Me and my girlfriend are leaving for Dubrovnik in two days. The whole thing is kind off impulsive, so we haven't been able to find accomodations online. Does anyone have experience travelling around the arealike this? Will it be difficult getting a descent room/appartment on spot? We're arriving at Dubrovnik airport 8pm, and none of us can drive:)
Tips, places, contacts, anything is appreciated!

There is an airport information desk that may have accommodation booking--open till 22.
In summer, I am not sure how late people are out offering rooms, but note you can also book through the tourist offices. The tourism bureau lists closing times:

Height of summer, it is very busy there.
