I am sorry if I make a new topic just for this. I just want to say that my trip went very well to Panama and Costa Rica. I had a great time. The only place I went to and didnt like was Jaco (yes mrmoto was right here too :-) ).
I want to thank all the contributors on this forum. I want to thank mrmoto explicitly for all his work here, it was very useful for me.

We're trying to keep it as cheap as possible, but at the same time we have tons…
I am going to Panama for a 7-day trip in may, and I want to visit Boquete and Coiba Island. I plan around 3 days for this part, so I really want to maximize my time. Thing is, I cannot find much on how to go from one city to another, namely if I take a plan from Panama City to David, from David to either Boquete or Santa-Catalina, and then Boquete-Santa-Catalina (or the other way around) and then back to Panama City.
I found this website: http://horariodebuses.com/pa/#.VRywDOGNDh0
We found a beautiful, clean and reasonably-priced B&B, a five minute walk from the beach at Playa Las Lajas. This gem should be included in the Lonely Planet guidebook for Panama. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Their e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org and telephone number (507) 6238-1395.
