I am landing in Rome on 10th June and then I have an early morning flight to catch on 13th June (at 6:30 AM) from FCO airport.
If I stay in city centre, what is best way to travel to the airport to be able to reach the airport on time? Should I stay near the airport and then use public transport to explore Rome from there? Should I stay in the city centre and reach the airport on 12th night and spend the night there?
Kindly help me in deciding the most economic and efficient way of…
I am planning to go from Pula or Rovinj to Venice. Initially I wanted to take a ferry but I have just looked at the prices and it's 61 euro which is ridiculous, in my opinion, and not within my budget.
Is there no cheaper way to get from Pula/Rovinj to Venice by sea? Are there any other companies besides ferries, like a boat service or something?
If not, would going by bus or train be the second best option?
Hi fellow travelers,
Where is a good place to look for vintage wine openers in Milan? Not a flee market or a second hand store but somewhere reputable selling proper antique/vintage product?
A distant relative of mine is a passionate collector and visiting Milan soon and wanted me to collect some information (he's not of the "digital" generation and doesn't speak much English), but honestly, I don't know where to start besides here.
My husband and I went to Florence a couple of years and absolutely loved it.
This year we were thinking of touring Italy- flying from London to Venice and then out of Naples.
Venice 3 nights
Siena 4 nights
Rome 4 nights
Amalfi Coast 5 nights
We would be catching trains/public transport between these destinations -
Venice> Siena £30 , 4 hrs
Siena> Rome £16, 2.5 hrs
Rome> Amalfi coast £30, 3.5 hrs
