walk of peace 2005 - one walk through whole India

A pilgrimage through India

My plan is to make a pilgrimage walk through whole India in 2005. I want to inform interested people and to invite them to join for a while or the whole trip. The plan is to come in touch by this way to people from other religions and cultures by speeking about God, the world and the whole rest.

Alltogether I spent two years in India and know that it is possible. My plan is to start in Gokarna and walk through Karnataka, Maharashtra, MP, UP and Uttaranchal up to Gangotri, source of Ganga.

Is there anybody who made walks like this and give some informations? There are some areas in MP which are not the safest, aren't they?
