Should be in the above area around 16th November, I have a bag that has an extreme rating of -30, limit -14 and comfort -5. With some clothes on at night should this be okay for that area.
Also can anyone let me know what temperatures to expect and will there be a lot of snowfall.

Now a days Temperature in Gorakhshep and the Area is approx Minus 14 now a days. Weather is not in favor now a days so that No any flight has beep operating since last 5 days. many peoples are waiting in Lukla from where you have to fly back to kathmandu after your trek and this is the point entering from Kathmandu by flight to Everest Trek.
In Last November and starting of December it will be more colder then now a days. Weather can be perfect , after raining and ice falling. That period if weather turn again bad snow fall will be there. It is bitter not to plan any passes just regul;ar trail trekking. That time not so much peoples will be there

mountain-forecast.com might be useful, try wunderground.com too - it's good on historical data but don;t if it has info specific to Lobuche or GS. December, on average, has relatively little precipitation but unseasonable dumps are possible.
The bag might be warm enough if augmented with baselayers and a down jacket but you could hire a warmer bag in KTM - they are cheap, about 50 to 60 rupees per day plus deposit and possible cleaning charge.
