Hello all,
I am off to the Pyrenees this september and very much looking forward to it! Have booked my flight but am still unsure of where to start, finish etc! Am keen to take in as much of the Pyrenees as possible but without being too full on as don't want to spend more than a couple of days at a time camping out and would like to share time between camping/refuges/hostels. Were thinking of travelling West by bus train straight away as far as Jaca maybe and making our way back to Barcelona through the mountains via Andorra. Does this sound like a good plan?? Or does anyone have any good suggestions as we are open to anything! Any info would be very much appreciated!!

Thank you!!

Hi

Spent a month or so a few years ago traveling arround mainly Andora. Good walking and excelent huts which are all compleatly open and free of charge. You are never too far from civalization if things go wrong, but can feel a world away from the rest of lifes hassels at the same time. You will also meat tones of locals and spanish walkers. Well marked tracks and realy well equiped huts.

cheers

...you have to fit in one of the classis circuits in europe taking in the odessa canyon - or perhaps climb Pic Long - the highest on the French Side....
