peru, cordillera blanca

Hi, im francesca from italy.
in a few days I'm coming to Huaraz, in cordillera blanaca, to start a trekking on quebrada santa cruz with my friends till the base camp of Alpamayo and eventually climb Alpamayo trough the "canaleta ferrari".
I have some questions:
1) did somebody climb up alpamayo in this late month? how is the condition of snow and ice?
2) how is the wether during the night at base camp?
3) at what altitude snow starts?

is somebody going there next giune?
