Hi,

I am coming to Switzerland somewhere around mid-November this year, and was hoping that there might be some way of still getting into the mountains to do some winter hiking.

I am going to Bern, Luzern, and either Zermatt or Interlaken.

Does anyone know of any hiking trips I can do in these areas in November?

Do I need to organize a guide, or can I do a route myself?

Thanks for your advice:)

Kat

You might do some snowshoeing tours. I'd recommend taking a guide (avalanches).
