gran paradiso and Alta Via

We are two people that are planning to to the Alta Via through the Gran Paradiso. We'll probably start our trek end of July. Does anyone know if any of the high passes on Alta Via constitute a big problem at that time of the year or in general, even without snow in the passes?

The only people who would know for sure would be someone on the ground there, have you tried getting in contact with the local tourist authority?

The entire Alta Via #2 is usually snow-free in July and August. A few patches here and there should be no problem at all. Make sure to reserve your ovenights as that will be peak season.
