Assuming you've already created an account here, on the "my account" page below the email tabs you enter is one with "browse" beside it. Push the button, it opens an explorer type window, locate the particular file, click it.
This is how it seems to me; I've never used it, but it has a similar layout to many sites with an upload function.
Keep an eye out for tracking cookies and ads, the privacy policy is none too secure re: third party advertisers. The site itself looks ok, though.
