I uploaded my photo video on You Tube and linked it to my blog. Most people can open it no problem. One person I really need to view it can not open it. She has a one year old pc and is using a DSL line. She gets a shuttered audio and no visual. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?
From two of middle age who are learning as we go. Thanks for your help.

It's possible that her connection is busy doing something else, a lack of bandwidth is usually the issue. Either that or she's running her processor is tied up with something.
First step, get her to pause the video as soon as she loads the page with it on. Wait until the red bar has gone across the screen, then unpause it; it should mean that the stream is downloaded fully. That'll get around the insufficient bandwidth issue.
If that doesn't work, get her to bring up task manager (press Ctrl-Shift-Escape simultaneously), that'll show CPU usage. This machine's just over a year old, and idles at 0-2% usage running Vista and IE.
To test bandwidth, try and find a test site near you. For example in the UK try: ThinkBroadband
If you're still no further ahead, get her to update her version of Flash player if it's not the latest (get it here). If Flash is current I don't think you'll need to download any new codecs, but have a read around on youtube in case I'm wrong about that.
