+1 for Lastpass. I've been using it for a few years now. The only issue for me is that to use it on my Android phone I would have to pay - I've been using the free one on my laptop and thought I'd have a similar option for my phone - ah well.
Also +1 for the usb. I have chrome set up on a thumb drive with x-marks bookmark manager (had problems with chrome's built in bookmark manager no syncing) and lastpass.
