Can somene tell me if it is possible to download videos from youtube on to a player?
Am considering buying 30GB Mp3 player with sound recording facility and that seems to narrow it down to a choice between iRiver and iAudio. Must be user friendly.
All feedback other suggestions, answers to original question will be appreciated.
anyone know of any websites offering comparitive prices in Australia?
thanks so much. JoyV

Yes, it's technically possible, not sure about legally possible though - I suspect you'll be breaking the terms of use of the site at least, and possibly a law if you're unlucky - so check out the potential ramifications before you do anything...
Currently you can use YouTubeX to download the files. Once that's done you'll need to identify the codec, use GSpot for that. Then you just have to find a player that supports the codec, or install the relevant player.
