mice are mouses ???????????????

big question of the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just had to buy my fifth mouse for my laptop(don't ask) was telling my sister about buying my fifth mouse,shes asked do you not call them mice if its more than one mouse? so the big question is do you call a group of computers mouses are mice????(hope somehow this question makes sense)

I refer to them variously as rodents, rats, mice or meece.

I don't really think that you can refer to them as mouses. Mice is logical.

It's official, even Microsoft uses the plural "mice": Microsoft mice

Mice is the plural of Mouse in proper English. Overseas speakers may have their own version of English.

Yes but you said you bought your fifth mouse which is correct.

If you say "I went and bought five mouses" thats wrong its "I bought five mice".

"I went and bought my fifth mouse" is correct and referrng to the fact its the 5th mouse you've bought.
"I went and bought five mice" is correct but means you bought 5 mice at once.
