lonelyplanet.tv problem

Hiya,

I just joined the lonelyplanet.tv beta, and uploaded two videos. One plays fine, but the other just has sound, no visual, just a black screen (a friend got the same ng result on his pc). I tried uploading it a second time and got the same thing. It plays fine on my machine with windows media player.
I had extracted both clips a week apart, about a year ago. I have no clue why one works but not the other.

Does anyone have any ideas? The help on the site is not very helpful regarding technical issues, and I didn't really see anywhere on the site to report problems.

It's still in beta. I had a minor problem with a video I uploaded there. I sent them an e-mail and they replied saying they knew of the problem and were working on a fix. I suggest you contact them via the contact page on the LP TV site.

Ah, well, yes, I did contact them. I never received a response, but it seemed to be fixed a day or two later, yay.
Today it doesn't work again, but it doesn't work differently. Now I get "Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this clip."

Search doesn't work either, at all, as near as I can tell.
