As #4 points out seatguru is good, but not sure it will have the airline you are looking for.
I also had a look on their website. no seat maps there. All airlines check people in exit row seats for suitability to be able to open a very heavy door. Also these are generally given to frequent fliers or people who pay extra, however this may not apply. given the lack of info on the airline your best bet is to either get a travel agent to request the seat for you or to turn up as early as possible and ask for it.
Then again the flight isn't that long, so it can't be too bad! I'm usually good at getting exit rows, but that based on frequent flyer status more than anything else. I pay a little more to fly the same airline alliance and the reward is more comfortable seating in general.
