Off to Borneo. Expecting high humidity. I have never taken my digital camera out of Europe. Any tips on camera care (however obvious) would be very appreciated.

Is this just a P&S?

You should probably get some silica gel packs and dry bags.

Hi - sorry, should have been more specific - mine is a canon eos 550d and my partner has an olympus (550 I think). I have a dry bag. Should get some silva packs sorted. Thank you. Do I need/can I get anything for misting lenses (and on my glasses!!!)

Take a anti static cloth - to wipe the lens, gets VERY humid. Well at least Thailand did.

I put my camera and lenses in a sealed bag and one of these every few days or over night whenever I remember. I keep a couple in my Lowepro Dry Zone camera bag, they can be dried out with a couple of hours on low in an oven.
