pamplona accommodationInterest forums / Travel on a shoestring
Hi everyone - I am new to tis site but my mum emailed me through the link so hopefully it will come in use while my partner and I travel europe for the next 6 months! we have been backpacking US for the last two months and head to London on Monday. We are hoing to visit Pamplona (for the obvious reason) for probably only 2 nights mybe 10th and 11th of July and are looking for accommodation either in Pamplona or nearby. It all seems ridiculously overpriced!! does anyone have any suggestions at all...? Thankyou
You MUST do a TT search for "pamplona" and "san fermin(es)". Have you done that? There have been loads of posts and threads on this already. | 1
The San Fermin Festival is high season for Pamplona hotels, and prices are exorbitant. Don't know what your budget is, but check Pamplona on Bookings.com. Hotel Villava, in the suburb of Villava just 3kms from the city centre, is offering a room for two people at 214euros. That's probably about the best you'll get. | 2
Hey qwovadis, whats happened - have they fitted capital letters and punctuation to your PC? ;-) | 3
I would find a place in San Sebastian, and do the hour-long (or so) bus right to Pamplona. Or, you can buy a tent and camp out at a park. I'd go with the former myself though. | 4
do as most visitors do during the Sanfermines: sleep in any public park, or not sleep at all!! | 5
