Hello,
I have found the topc regarding the new entrants end of December, including Czech, hungary & Poland and several others. Does this mean these countries will fully count towards the 90 days, or there is another stage before it comes in?

They will count from the day of their entry into Schengen.

..exactly as every one of the 50 states of the US counts and every state and territory in Australia count for their visa limit.

Yes, pretty soon anybody needing to leave Schengen for 90 days is going to have to wait in a camp in Moldova or something like that.

They're setting up camps in Australia #4. Most people between the UK and Australia have gradually made their way towards the UK.
