Looking to go from Brussels to Amsteram to Berlin to Warsaw to Krakow to Prague to Vienna to Munich before heading home in June or July on about £800, that has to include flights (which I can get dirt cheap), accomodation, transport (trains) and spending money.

Is it possible or is my budget too low?

Assuming you are doing it all over a 2 or 3 day period it should be doable on that money. What do you mean by heading home in June or July?

Sorry just meant the trip would be happening in June or July.

With this sort of budget would I need to be really careful with my spending? I'm going to want to check out lots of tourist sites, go on some trips and do some partying as well. Should I really look to have some more money?

The "it is doable" refers to 1-2 nights/city - and not travelling around in the country (the "trips") - bed in shred room hostel and supermarket food. And the flights and fees and taxes and tranrport to/from airports eats up only maybe 200GBP.
"Partying" is so many things - for some 2 beers in a bar - for others a posh dico or club that may cost you half of the budget for a single night.
And "tourist sights" may be free - or cost 10+£ entrance.

Thanks for the replies so far, all very useful.

Anyone else have anything else they can add?

Is doing the trip on an £800 budget decent or do you think I'm better trying to save a bit more, am I likely to be roughing it and worrying about money the whole time I'm there with this sort of budget?

Look Spade you haven't said how much time you plan to spend on this trip. You could run around 8 cities in a couple of days for £800 but what would be the point of that? You need at least £50 a day not including transportation to be able to enjoy your time anywhere. So what does that tell you? That you can spend 8 days on your trip. Given that any time you move from one place to another, you basically use up a day, that means you won't even be spending a day in each place, just travelling between places.

So no it isn't a decent budget for 8 cities. To visit 8 cities you need at least 3 days/4 nights per city plus a travel day between each. That's a total of 31 days. At £50 per day that £1550 plus transportation costs.

With £800 your best bet is go to one place and sit for a week. That you could manage on your budget.

Yeah I'd be hoping to do 3/4 nights per city and would like to spend some nights checking out bars and clubs as well as the touristy stuff during the day. So how much would be ideal for the amount of nights I wanted to spend in each location without needing to be worried about my spending all the time?

Which part of this was it that you found difficult to understand Spade?

Checking out some bars and a club in mUnich means you spend at least 80 € that night!

Doing the same in Prague means half of that, Krakow is even cheaper.

Brussels, Amsterdam, Vienna and Munich are quite expensive places. I think you dont have enough budget. I think BpG ' s calculation is not bad - stick to it...
