I recommend you to post your thread on the Europe-Western Europe branch as most of your destinations are covered there and you are more likely to find (more) experts about those destinations in that branch.

As a side note, remember that in order to have a full day in any destination, you have to spend there two nights.

You will spend much more time on trains,in stations and going to and from hostels than actually seeing and doing anything interesting.......

Nah, just kidding. Let me just say that I+ wouldn't enjoy this sort of fast-paced itinerary at all, but I made the same mistake on my first Interrail trip - too many cities, too much time spent +between+ rather than +in cities. This is fine if one of your main targets is finding a new place to stay every second day, getting your bearings in a foreign city where you don't speak the language etc.; it's a bad plan if you actually want to soak up a bit of atmosphere.
Regardless of your objectives, do build in some slack - no matter how energetic and enthusiastic you are, this sort of trip is going to be very exhausting, and it's extremely likely that by the end of the first week you can't be bothered to go out of your way to see yet another church or museum, even though it was always on your wish list. Sightseeing can be hard work, so allow yourself a "day off" every now and then.

And you've indeed miscalculated the number of nights and days in each place - 2 nights means 1 full day plus your arrival and departure day.

Example:
Day 1 London - Brussels
Day 2 Brussels
Day 3 Brussels - Antwerp - Rotterdam - Den Haag - Amsterdam (FAR too much for 1 day, btw!)
Day 4 Amsterdam
Day 5 Amsterdam - Berlin
Day 6 Berlin
...and so on

Needless to say, you cannot even scratch the surface of cities like Berlin or Rome in 1 full day.

Cut your cities list by half and you might have a more realistic itinerary. Better still. As you've got an inter-rail ticket, just start in London and play it by ear. If you end up only visiting 3 places so be it.

Lucapal is right. So are the others. Most veteran travelers have learned the hard way, that rushing around to see too many places in too short a time frame ultimately does not satisfy. Far better to be selective, commit to a smaller, more mangeable itinerary. Racing around can lead to illness borne of burnout, plus unnecessary arguments with those with whom you are traveling. All the palces that you eventually want to see will still be there next year and so on. Looking back over our decades of travel, my wife and I rank our fave trips as those where 1 or 2 countries 'max' were visited. Personally, for your proposed itinerary, we would need a number of months. I wish you the best trip in any case. Bon chance! I am done. The End.
