Hi all.
I will be flying in to Munich in October for 18 days (though I may extend that). I'm travelling on a REALLY tight budget but would like to see as much as I can travelling from Munich through to the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania, with possibly a stop in Bratislava on the way and/or a visit to Bulgaria. I'v had a look at the various railpasses but it seems I would have to get multiple passes to do this trip, which I wouldn't like to do due to my budget (currently around $1500 - $2000 NZD maximum as I'm also travelling to London, Egypt and Asia afterwards). If anybody has any ideas on the cheapest ways to get between these countries or even some alternative countries to visit I would greatly appreciate it. Also any accommodation or thinds to see you could recommend.
Cheers,
Tracey

Take the trains, not buses, looking up timetables at http://bahn.hafas.de.

But forget a pass. Normal tickets will almost certainly be cheaper. You're looking at 40-50 euros one way between the capitals of any two adjacent eatsern Europe countries (a gross simplification, but on average!)
