Nicole, with the visa, since you are going to be working there less than a year I would go with whichever visa is cheaper and easier to get. My Ancestry one needed plenty of documentation and over $200 each. I don't know how much fuss and cash is needed for the working one. With you being under 31 you shouldn't need to be sponsored by an employer, but make sure you can prove funds to support yourselves.
