Through my bank (HSBC) but I know most other banks do this too, you can upgrade your account which incurs a slight cost (around £6 a month) but you do not get charged for taking money out of your account anywhere in the world and you avoid any expensive charges, it saved me at least 500-600quid whilst I was travelling south east asia and australia...whereas my friends had to take large chunks of money out at a time to avoid the costs, making it more dangerous.
Definitely worth upgrading your account for this!
