What makes a good blog?

Hey everyone!

I just recently started a blog and I was wondering, what makes a blog great? When you are reading, what content do you usually look for? What does it need to have in order for you to enjoy reading a blog?

My blog can be found at kirinslifestyle blog, I would really appreciate if any of you can critique my blog. I am open for any improvements that I can make in order to best interest people in the travelling community.
