I recently spent time exploring magical Vanuatu, a beautiful South Pacific paradise which is home to some of the friendliest people on the planet, remote and rugged volcanic islands, an ancient culture, world-class diving and snorkeling, active volcanoes, pristine tropical beaches, rainforests, waterfalls, fine dining, quaffable organic coffee, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate and so much more.
