If you are a keen photographer and love to take pics as much as I do when you travel, you might want to consider some of the tips I wrote about for protecting your camera gear at sea. This could also extend to kayaking or canoeing too.
I am a professional photographer who works at sea a lot. I am also a seasonal worker in Antarctica and have seen quite a lot of mishaps with people carrying cameras on boats. Hopefully the tips below will help if you are planning a journey like this:
