A Rainy Day in Tournai, Belgium

Stumbling across a local beer festival as we escape the rain during a day trip to the western city of Tournai in Wallonia, Belgium. The city is blessed with multiple UNESCO recognised sites and some truly charming architecture which made for a real treat despite the weather.
