I used it too, note that it doesn't come off the price straight away but when you go to the checkout it'll disappear :)

Has anyone claimed with them? I used them on my last Asia trip and didn't need to claim, but I may be travellling again and have heard a few bad things about them? Any personal experiences?

I claimed with them and I did n't expect them pay up because of the nature of the claim (non disclosed pre-existing condition) but they did so I'd recommend them...
