I hadn't heard about this guy until his return. Amazing!

LONDON–He was hit by a car in Colorado, attacked by a crocodile in Australia, detained as a suspected spy in Egypt and survived illness and periods of despair.

Yesterday, British adventurer Jason Lewis, 40, finally came home, completing a 13-year, 74,000-kilometre human-powered circumnavigation of the globe.

Jason should be an inspiration to all of us.

Imagine the tenacity needed to just keep going. 111 days at sea in extremely close quarters! It takes a special person to have the mental fortitude to survive that and then keep going.

I just read the article, but am going to try and find out more about this amazing person.

Regards.
