Taiwan - Can I get my wife to move with me later ?

I am moving to Taiwan to continue my studies under a Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarship. The scholarship does not provide for any relatives' relocation, so I am moving there hoping that I can manage to get my wife to join me later. I will spend three years there and was wondering if any of you guys can point out if there is any chance of immigration to Taiwan under such conditions. Cost associated with it, required papers, permissions, etc
