Internship in Harare--advice for life in Zimbabwe??

Hi all,

I'm a 30yo female headed from NYC to Harare for an internship this summer (about 2 months). I'll have accommodations set up (at a backpacker's B&B), but I could use advice on pretty much everything else! What to bring, where to go, how to get around, things to look out for...all wisdom is welcome :)
