Hi, I´m planning to work in Andorra for the ski season so I was wondering if I need a working visa, what time of year do I need to be there to get a job easliy?
can you tell me your experience there?

If you don't have the right to live in Andorra long term, they you probably don't have the right to work in Andorra even short term.

Generally speaking work permits are tied to specific jobs so the reality is probably that you need a job to get a work permit.

your profile says you are from Chile. So you need a working visa but I don't know if you will get one. On a tourist visa you are not allowed to work. If you are already in the neighbourhood, you better try to find a job in Spain. There are many people from Latin America working in Spain, many of them illegally, but the language makes it easy for them to integrate. Andorra has only people during the winter season and is not nice at all when it is not covered with snow and full of outsiders. Holiday people only stay for a week because outside the ski piste there is nothing else to do.
