In terms of grammar, I wonder if all three sentences below are correct..

1. It was reviewed but deemed to be not offensive.

2. It was reviewed and not deemed to be offensive.

3. It was reviewed and deemed not to be ofensive.

If anybody could check, that'd be smashing.

I am compiling my Family Tree and have found an ancestor from 1700 who is listed as a Faith Mercer.
Can anyone tell me what a Faith Mercer is?

Do they 'rise, swell and break'? Or 'swell, rise and break'?

I am looking for the correct translation of the german word 'Anklageschrift' (I think that is the correct German at least).
The paper you get that specifies with what you are indicted as you stand before court. Is this document called "prosecution letter" or is it something else?
