It sounds like a weak pronounciation o' the word "of".

translation: the members of the "majestic mega-church" approve the idea of smoking a bit too much weed...

It's only common knowledge if you watch Weeds.
Majestic is the neighboring suburb to Agrestic, where the show's first 3 seasons were set. Majestic is presented as a snobby suburb full of conservative Christians.

What Lady J said. If you watch Weeds 'Majestic' makes a lot more sense - it's a church in the town of Majestic.

It wasn't common knowledge for me. But I found the video quite funny, so I started following links on youtube and the second or third video made the context clear.
This thread gave me the opportunity to learn the expression "get baked", which will prove quite useful when listening to younger backpackers, I'm sure :-)
