What is the literal meaning and etymology of the popular japanese phrase yoi yasa, which means something like Let's go, or Let's start? I've seen yoi yasa ヨイヤサ used in many situations in Japan, like in festival and parade, during a start of a karaoke, in children's songs, or in Naruto movie in which men battle giant wave.

can you help?
