"Well able is Allah to save" - is this Qur'an quote accurate?

Although this issue is apparently settled, I just thought I would mention that Arabic is quite difficult to translate into English and mistranslations are quite common. Often people misread text, especially if there aren't any teskeels since words can look quite similar. It sounds like someone misread part of the text and others picked up on it without doing their own research.
